A short report on the site and sanctuary of Torreparedones in rural Cordoba, constructed in the reign of Caesar and in use throughout the reign of Augustus, and abandoned in the 1st century AD. The authors summarise the archaeological evidence for the occupation of the site, the construction of the sanctuary, its use and religius significance. Spanish text.

En la Castilla del Antiguo Régimen la figura del jurado destaca por ostentar representatividad de la comunidad vecinal. Sobre 1420 se implantó en Toledo y Murcia con las mismas funciones de los de Sevilla y se ordenó a estos proporcionar a los de Toledo copia de los documentos acreditativos de privilegios y obligaciones. Junto a la edición de estos documentos se estudia su proceso de elaboración, su contenido y sus implicaciones jurídicas y la evolución de los jurados sevillanos como grupo social.
