La muestra se dispone en trono a cuatro grandes temas -arte, arquitectura, diseño y fotografía-, que revisan en clave constructivista lo sucedido en Suiza en la época de entreguerras: el arte se concibe como un todo que contribuye a una vida más equilibrada y en armonía con el mundo.

Con este volumen se inicia una colección de textos, coordinada por el Departamento de Infraestructuras del Transporte y Territorio de la UPC, cuyo objetivo es aportar una visión de la construcción de la ciudad y del territorio desde la perspectiva de la construcción de sus redes de infraestructura, actividad primordial de la ingeniería civil, con efectos cada vez más contundentes.
