Contribución a la reflexión crítica sobre el futuro de nuestras ciudades, en particular, la Ciudad de México, a partir de sus centros y barrios históricos. El contexto son las recientes transformaciones urbanas realizadas bajo una lógica que privilegia el lucro.

Reciclaje de la arquitectura en centros de ciudad analiza, por medio de estudios de caso, el potencial que tienen variados proyectos arquitectónicos en Colombia al trabajar de esta manera tendencias como la reutilización de materiales, que sigue ganando espacio y relevancia en la industria de la arquitectura y la construcción. Describes the degree and license mechanisms for the professional practice of architecture in Peru from the first courses in the 19th century through the beginning of the 20th century, with a detailed presentation of the school formation of the architects from 1910 to 1950 in the School of Engineering of the university. The book was originally the author's masters thesis and won the prize "Héctor Velarde" during the XI Bienal Nacional de Arquitectura, organized in 2004 by CAP.
