La Composición arquitectónica, entendida como el conjunto de disciplinas que configuran el substraigo teórico sobre el que se asienta la práctica de la arquitectura, se va organizando a partir de estas piezas, en cierta medida autónomas, asentando de este modo el saber de la arquitectura.

El presente libro tiene por objeto hacer un recorrido a través de los últimos 30 años de desarrollo del sistema constructivo con perfiles de acero galvanizado liviano Steel Framing en la Argentina. Este camino contiene diferentes miradas brindadas por los distintos actores relacionados con esta forma de construir, y si bien no pretende contemplar todas las aristas de la problemática, quizás si puede aportar una idea de lo que se ha avanzado en este tipo de construcción industrializada, seca, liviana y hueca, extraña a nuestra cultura constructiva que se basa en sólidos y pesados...
