The domestic architecture reflects a higher purchasing power with an appreciation oh natural surroundings, the office and industrial buildings are aimed some at rescuing the historic downtown area while others were constructed in the suburban area of the city. The Catalog Architecture of the Modern Movement of Peru (CAMMP) is the outcome of the investigation of the same name the University of Lima developed between 2013 and 2015.
