Varia Nummorum XI

Las acuñaciones de Toletum (ACIP 1901-1907), Clounioq (Clunia) (ACIP 1824-1826), Secobris (Segobriga) (ACIP 1842 y 1846) y Segovia (ACIP 1867) son las últimas amonedaciones celtibéricas propiamente dichas. Con tipología indígena pero leyendas en latín, estas monedas de bronce se acuñaron en la segunda mitad del siglo I a.C.

En esta nueva entrega de Varia Nummorum, serie que comenzó en el ya un tanto lejano año 2012, seguimos con el propósito de ofrecer al lector novedades y estudios (en este volumen un total de 48) en torno a la numismática antigua, preferentemente (y casi de manera exclusiva) de los siglos II a.C. al siglo I d.C.

“Spin-off” de Varia Nummorum, esta nueva serie de volúmenes tratan de manera breve biografías, noticias, batallas, países, etc. de la Antigüedad y la Alta Edad Media del Viejo Continente, con especial referencia a los siglos II-I a.C.
