El 25 de septiembre de 2015, los líderes mundiales adoptaron un conjunto de objetivos globales para “erradicar la pobreza, proteger el planeta y asegurar la prosperidad” de todos sus habitantes como parte de la Agenda de Desarrollo Sostenible.
