Nació el 21 de Diciembre de 1959, en San Juan, Puerto Rico. Graduado de la Universidad de Puerto Rico en 1981 con un Bachillerato en Artes en Educación General. Se graduó de la Escuela de Derecho de esa Universidad en 1984. Soltero, tiene dos hijos, Arturo Javier y Ana Isabel Dávila Martínez. Ejerció la profesión del derecho, especializándose en el Derecho Penal y fue Juez de 1992 al 1997. The Early-Middle Neolithic period in northeast Spain was a period of considerable change. Through statistical analysis of four burial sites, examination of associated grave goods and use-wear analysis of stone artefacts from the graves, the author aims to reconstruct aspects of the socio-economic organisation of the people who inhabited these sites.
