La Comunidad Afro descendiente del Consejo Comunitario de Chansara esta asentada en un Eco territorio en el municipio de Santa Bárbara de Iscuande Nariño. Hace parte de los asentantmeintos de Aldeas y Aldehuelas que se dan a borde de rio en el Pacifico Colombiano . Dentro de este contexto se hace una propuesta de diseñar un Hábitat Bioclimático , Sostenible y Sustentable : UNA ECOALDEA teniendo en cuenta la tradición, la cultura y el territorio de esta comunidad y sea replicable en otros consejos comunitarios .

Life and work of polemic architect and urbanist Meyer (b. Switzerland), one of the most important functionalists of the 1920's. The former director of the Bauhaus, he worked for the Post-Revolutionary Regimes in Mexico as the director of the Instituto del Urbanismo y Planification from 1942 through 1949, while also becoming the editor of the collective graphic workshop Taller de Grafica Popular (TGP) from 1947 to 1949. Many plates of his architectural designs and the structural diagrams Meyer used for the Bauhaus and in IUP in Mexico.
