El gobierno de Venustiano Carranza desde su partida del puerto de Veracruz hasta la proclamacion de la Constitucion de 1917, en la que se plasmaron los ideales revolucionarios; el analisis de los principales problemas que ocasionaron la revolucion de 1910, los cuales trato de resolver el gobierno carrancista primero por medio de decretos y luego reformando la Carta Magna de 1857.

Interesante ensayo que aborda la repercusión del Concilio de Trento en la problemática latinoamericana, ofreciendo una visión novedosa de un problema no siempre visibilizado.
