Historia, arte y música en el manuscrito "La perla mystica" del monasterio de Santa Clara, Quito (1700-1718)

The religious texts written by Sr. Getrudes de San Ildefonso, Carmelite nun, born in Quito, were transcribed by her spiritual father and confessor, Martín de la Cruz, who, with theological commentary, increased the nun's devout pages until generating 2,000 pages in three volumes of prose and 39 illustrations: the manuscript entitled: "The pearl mystica, hidden in the shell of humility" (1700-1718).
